Police investigate shooting

Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Monday evening.
The shooting was reported at 7:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Kilby Avenue, according to a city press release.
An adult male victim is being treated at a local hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening, the press release stated.
The information is ongoing, and there is no further information available, the release stated.
