Mr. Samuel M. Perkins, of Carolina Road, Suffolk, departed this earthly life on June 11, 2019, in VCU Medical Center, Richmond. He was predeceased by his father, William Jack Perkins.

He is survived by his mother, Nettie Sue Hall Perkins, and a host of other relatives. He is also mourned by his caregiver, Nakisha Porter.
