Pastor Edgar Thomas Rawles Jr., 59, of Richmond, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Aug. 12, 2019.

The celebration of Pastor Edgar’s life and legacy will be remembered and honored at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Road, Richmond, VA 23223. He will be laid to rest at the Boykin Family Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, at the Metropolitan Funeral Service, 120 W. Berkley Ave., Norfolk.
