Nancy Jocelyn Hurley Barnes, 81, passed away Aug. 19, 2019. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2019, at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Rob Slingluff officiating. Burial will be private at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
