Police investigate robbery

Suffolk Police are investigating another robbery at a North Suffolk pizza shop.

The Domino’s Pizza in the 6500 block of Hampton Roads Parkway reported it was robbed about 8:43 p.m. Thursday, according to a city press release.

Preliminary investigation found that a man wearing all black, with an oxygen mask covering his face, entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded currency. The man then fled on foot following the incident, the press release stated. There were no injuries.

Police also are investigating a robbery that happened late on Sept. 7 at Marco’s Pizza in the 2000 block of Sun Harbour Avenue. That male subject was wearing a ski mask, black sunglasses, gray sweatpants and black shoes, and also used a knife in the robbery.
