Samuel Lee Montgomery, 48, of Diane Lane, Richmond, transitioned Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 20, 2019, at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. He will be laid to rest in the C.W. Ash Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
