Carol Cundiff Mann, 74, of Suffolk, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 213 N. Main St., Suffolk. Interment will be private.
