A Suffolk man was indicted Monday on more charges regarding the Feb. 26 shooting at the Happy Shopper on East Washington Street.

Marquay Antonio White, 24, was indicted on charges including aggravated malicious wounding and participation in a criminal street gang. He was previously indicted in June on charges including first-degree murder and second-degree murder.

The shooting happened at 4:10 p.m. on that Tuesday at the Happy Shopper in the 600 block of East Washington Street. The shooting killed Leondrae Shaqil Johnson, 25, of Suffolk.

In all, 38 defendants indicted on 112 charges were listed in the report.
