Oscar B.E. Baptiste, of Gates Road, Suffolk, passed away on Sept. 28, 2019, while a patient in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, in the chapel of Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St. in Franklin, with the Rev. James Banks Jr. officiating.
