Sonya “Big Sonya” Yvette Boone, 57, entered eternal slumber on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2019, at her residence. A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. A funeral will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at the funeral home chapel, and she will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
