Richard D. Howell, 60, passed away Sept. 14, 2019, following his battle with cancer. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 5, 2019, at New Branch Community Church, 9608 Windsor Blvd., Windsor. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Roc Solid Foundation.
