Billie Fay Barrett Rose, 81, died Oct. 9, 2019, surrounded by family and loved ones. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2019, at Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Carrsville, with the Rev. Warren Johnson officiating.
