Four juveniles injured in crash

Four juveniles were injured in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday night.
The accident happened at 8:57 p.m. in the 4600 block of Girl Scout Road, according to a city press release. Preliminary investigation found that the passenger vehicle, occupied by the four juveniles, left the roadway and struck a tree.
A male was airlifted by Nightingale to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries, the press release stated. A female was also taken to Norfolk General by ground ambulance with serious injuries. Another male and female were taken to Sentara Obici Hospital.
Girl Scout Road was closed between Matoaka and Cherokee roads for several hours after the crash. The investigation is ongoing.
