The Lakeland High School field hockey team took a 1-0 loss to Grassfield High School Wednesday evening.

The Lady Cavs go to 6-8 on the season with the loss. Lakeland will face Hopewell High School Thursday looking to finish the regular season on a high note.

After facing a tough Southeastern District schedule, the Lady Cavs will look forward to facing teams in their own classification.
