Player of the Week nominees

Following are this week’s nominees for the Suffolk News-Herald Player of the Week:
Halle Fago, sophomore, Nansemond River High School field hockey: Fago scored five goals in a Lady Warriors win over Deep Creek High School.
George Pettaway, sophomore, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy football: Pettaway rushed for 153 yards and four touchdowns in a Saints win.
Kyle Petrasek, senior, King’s Fork High School volleyball: Petrasek had five kills, 13 digs and three aces for the Bulldogs in a win over Lakeland High School.
