Two men were sent to local hospitals following a double shooting that happened on Wednesday evening.

The shooting was reported at 7:05 p.m., according to a city press release. Police responded to the 100 block of North Capital Street in the Lloyd Place neighborhood and found two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds, the press release stated.

Both were taken by ground ambulance to local hospitals, with one victim suffering from life-threatening injuries.
