Stephen “Jimmy” James Whitley Sr., 90, passed away Nov. 20, 2019. A celebration of life service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, 2019 at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Larry Soblotne officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Friends may join the family other times at the residence of Edith and Adam Da Silva.
