The Suffolk grand jury met Nov. 25. In all, 34 defendants were indicted on 82 charges. The full grand jury list is below.

Al Luray Baker — DWI, third offense within 5 years; habitual offender, subsequent offense

William Lee Benton — construction fraud; obtain money by false pretenses

Keitron Elexander Boone — drugs: possess Schedule I or II controlled substance (2 counts)

James Lee Bremby Jr. — drugs: possess Schedule I or II controlled substance; possess gun on person with drugs

John Michael Brown — child neglect/abuse; child cruelty; indecent liberties with child under 15; aggravated sexual battery by force, victim age 13-14 (2 counts); aggravated sexual battery, victim under 13 (2 counts); rape by force/threat (2 counts); rape of child under 13 (2 counts); carnal knowledge of 13-14 year old (3 counts); sodomy: victim helpless/force; sodomy: victim under 13

Nicholas John Butler — carnal knowledge of 13-14 year old (4 counts)

Andre Torrell Carr — possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, second offense

Angelisa Estevia Cohen — hit and run, property damage; fail to appear on felony charge

Alice S. Davis — assault and battery of law enforcement officer (4 counts)

Essie Mae Eure — worthless check (2 counts); attempted obtain money by false pretenses (2 counts); uttering (2 counts)
