Jeffrey Alexander Bailey, of East Pinner Street, Suffolk, transitioned Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at Antioch United Church of Christ, 900 Hull St., Suffolk. He will be laid to rest in the C.W. Ash Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
