Two defendants have been indicted by the grand jury on a slate of felony charges in connection with an April 27 shooting.

Diondre Ramon Baker, 20, and Davonta Jamera Garvin, 26, were indicted on felonies stemming from the shooting in the area of Haskins Drive around 11:37 p.m. that evening. Three people were injured, including one who became involved in an accident at the intersection of Portsmouth Boulevard and Suburban Drive as he tried to flee the scene. The other two went to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

Baker was arrested on May 2, as was Javonte Kaeshan Rountree, 23. Garvin was arrested on May 7.

Rountree was indicted in November on less serious charges.

A total of 24 defendants were indicted in 112 charges in Wednesday’s grand jury meeting. The full list of indictments is below.
