Evangeline Ashe Bynum, 84, of Suffolk, transitioned Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, at Accordius Health at Nansemond Pointe. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2019, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
