Evelyn Deloris Griffin, 82, of Hillpoint Boulevard, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at Accordius Health at Nansemond Pointe. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Elder Gerald Goodman will deliver the message of comfort. She will be laid to rest in the C.W. Ash Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
