Suffolk Police are seeking information from the public on the whereabouts of a man who was last seen Sunday.

John Wayne Horn, 49, was last seen Sunday when he left his residence on foot in the 2000 block of East Washington Street, according to a city press release. No contact has been made with him since, and it is believed he left without necessary medication.

He is described as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 190 to 200 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a close-cut beard and was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatsuit.
