Christopher John Francis, 38, passed away Feb. 6, 2020. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at Kempsville Presbyterian Church, 805 Kempsville Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23464, with Pastor Steve Keller officiating. Burial with military honors will be held prior to the service at 10 a.m. Friday at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
