The Lady Bulldogs defeated the Lady Cavs 62-32 last Friday to take the city crown once again.

King’s Fork High School’s girls’ basketball team sweep its Suffolk rivals after the win over Lakeland High School at home. Both wins over Lakeland were impressive for the Lady Bulldogs, as Lakeland had been on a roll before each game.

Arlisha Boston led the way for King’s Fork with 20 points, while Ashlee Robertson added 14 points. The win put King’s Fork at 15-6 on the season, while Lakeland went to 14-7 on the year.

Both teams will close out the regular season Tuesday night.
