Frances Annette Allen Dunaway, 62, passed away on Monday, Feb. 17, 2020. Annette’s funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020, at Raleigh Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Shannon Terhune and Jim Thompson officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be private.
