James O. Chapman, 70, of Prospect Road, Suffolk, transitioned Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at Accordius Health at Nansemond Pointe LLC. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at St. Mark Deliverance Center, Portsmouth. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
