The annual Suffolk Leadership Prayer Breakfast is going virtual on the National Day of Prayer this week and is set for an in-person event later this year.
The breakfast was initially set to be held May 7, but it has been postponed until the stay-at-home order issued by the governor has expired, according to an email from organizers. It has been tentatively rescheduled for June 25.
“However, because the need for prayer is so great, especially during this time in our country, we would like to invite you to a virtual Suffolk Leadership Prayer Breakfast,” the email stated. The virtual event will take place live at 8 a.m. May 7 and can also be viewed anytime after that.
“We hope you can join us virtually as we unite to pray for our leaders and for God’s healing hand on our nation,” the email stated.
