Two officers, two others stabbed Sunday night

Two Suffolk Police officers and two other adults were stabbed on Sunday night when officers attempted to serve an emergency custody order.
The incident happened in the 100 block of Ashford Drive, according to a city press release. Officers arrived on scene about 9:30 p.m.
The press release stated officers spoke with multiple individuals at the location before coming into contact with the subject of the emergency custody order, an adult male. He pulled a knife and attacked the four victims, the press release stated.
All four were taken by ground ambulance to a hospital with serious injuries. One of the officers remains in the hospital; the other officer and two other adults were treated and released.
The subject was taken into custody without further incident, and warrants are pending. The incident remains under investigation.
