Willie Ray Pope Jr., affectionately known as “June,” entered into eternal slumber on Monday, June 29, 2020. He was the husband of Deloise Nichols-Pope and the beloved father to Anesha Pope-Nesbitt and Ranese Olenthia Wilson.

A visitation will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 4, 2020, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, and he will be laid to rest at Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Pope’s celebration of life service will be livestreamed on the funeral home Facebook page.
