William “Billy” Felton English, 48, passed away July 7, 2020. He was born in Nansemond County, the son of William Edwin English and the late Shannah Hampton Coleman. Billy was a member of the former Liberty Baptist Church. He is predeceased by his sister, Cheryl Ann English.

In addition to his father, Billy is survived by his stepmother, Betty Jo English; sisters, Robin Fuhrmann (John), Melissa K. Henley, Katherine D. Taylor (David); brother, Stephen C. English (Stephanie); maternal grandfather, Raymond Hampton; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Pastor Tony Peaks officiating. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
