Suffolk Tourism has released the second volume of its free Suffolk-themed activity book.
While folks are enjoying the last stretch of summer at home, there are 20 more pages of activities that will have the family once again dig deeper into Suffolk’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. This book gives a virtual Suffolk visitor experience while staying safe at home during the pandemic.
“Suffolk Tourism is excited to share the second volume of the Suffolk themed activity book,” said Theresa Earles, the tourism development director of Suffolk. “As with the first edition, we are featuring a variety of Suffolk attractions and also local dining. There are even more games and puzzles to enjoy.”
Kids can color donuts from O’doodleDoo’s Donuts, a burger and soda from Baron’s Pub, and solve the spaghetti maze from Al Forno Pizzeria. Discover even more animals from the Great Dismal Swamp, color famous places around the city, and solve puzzles with Suffolk trivia.
“The activity book is a fun way to share the sights and history of Suffolk during the COVID crisis and beyond,” said Earles. “A third edition is currently under development for release later this year.”
While a downloadable copy is available now at tinyurl.com/SABvol2, printed books are also available inside the Little Free Libraries at the Suffolk Visitor Center, 524 N. Main St., and Seaboard Station Railroad Museum, 326 N. Main St.
