Taylor Rhee Carr, 29, of Suffolk, passed away on Oct. 30, 2020. She was born on Jan. 18, 1991, in Franklin, the daughter of Deborah K. Carr and James O. Carr.

Taylor is survived by her loving children, Jayden O’Neil Brown and Aurora Noell Outlaw; mother, Deborah K. Carr; father, James O. Carr (John); paternal grandmother, Corine Oliver Carr; brother, Matthew Scott Carr; aunt, Kathy Carr; aunt and uncle, Ed and Sherry Roberts.
