Ruby Anne White Weaver, 89, passed away on Dec. 22, 2020. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Robert Cofield officiating.  Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family an hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
