Lois Lawton Hamlin transitioned from this life and received her heavenly wings, Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Sentara Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Luther H. and Bettie Williams Lawton. She is survived by her daughters Wandreria R. Hamlin and Toni Y. Hamlin. She is further survived by her sisters, one brother, many cousins, other family and friends. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Little Bethel Baptist Church, 6533 Everets Road. Public viewing will be held Monday, Jan. 11, at Little Bethel Baptist Church.
