Scupella M. Carter passed away on Jan. 24, 2021. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Portsmouth Chapel. A viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at Metropolitan, Portsmouth.
