George N. Dillard passed away on Feb. 17, 2021. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Portsmouth Chapel, 5605 Portsmouth Blvd. A viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Metropolitan Portsmouth.
