UPDATE: Gibbs has been safely located, according to Suffolk Police. “They would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance,” the press release stated.

Earlier: The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered juvenile.

Stephanie Rena Gibbs was last seen at 6:30 p.m. Friday, according to a city press release.

Stephanie is a 16-year-old white female who is approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 115 pounds. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. She was last seen at her home in the 2600 block of Joshua Lane.

Stephanie is prescribed medication which she must take every 12 hours and does not have the medication with her. If seen, contact Emergency Communications at the Suffolk Police Department, at 923-2350, option 8.
