Dorothy Virginia Howell Boone, 89, of Suffolk, transitioned Sunday, June 13, 2021, at Nansemond Pointe Retirement Center. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Tuesday, June 22 at Mt. Ararat Christian Church, 1860 Airport Road. The Rev. Tony D. Boone will deliver the message of comfort. She will be laid to rest in Lauter Skeeter Cemetery.
