Bessie L. Dailey, 77, of Suffolk, transitioned Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life was held at noon, Friday, July 30, at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 2635 E. Washington St. The Rev. Dr. Anthony Copeland delivered the message of comfort. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
