William H. Tynes, 74, of Brook Avenue, Suffolk, transitioned Aug. 3, 2021, at his residence. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
