13 arrested, charged by fugitive detail

Members of the Suffolk Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, along with their Fugitive Unit, teamed up on Aug. 16 to locate wanted fugitives throughout the city, according to a city press release.
The team focused on areas that have recently experienced increased criminal activities, the press release stated.
As part of the detail, detectives completed 66 warrant service attempts. Of the 66 attempts, 13 subjects were located and arrested, having been served with a total of 38 warrants, including warrants from other jurisdictions also being served at the time of arrest.
Those apprehended included:
Monique Lashawn Allen — capias/fail to appear in court
Timothy Wayne Bell — capias/fail to appear in court
Amanda Sue Cisco — probation violations (2 charges)
Jacob James Derubeis — abduction (3 charges), robbery, strangulation, domestic assault, injury to phone line, probation violation
William Eugene Goodman Jr. — leash law violation
Kenneth Larry Hobbs Jr. — forgery, uttering, identity theft to avoid arrest, fail to comply with child support
David Dauntwayne Lewis — violate protective order, felony threat by letter
Tyriece Levaughnt Lockhart — domestic assault, aggravated malicious wounding, fleeing from law enforcement
Felicia Gore Moseley — capias/contempt of court (2 charges)
Norman D. Ruffin — domestic assault and battery (2 charges), probation violation
Dominic Sawyer — capias, trespassing, stalking, destruction of property
Tyler Ward — drug possession Schedule I or II, drug possession Schedule IV
Raekwon Lamont William — false statement on firearms consent form (2 charges), obtain money, goods or services by false pretenses (2 charges), firearm possession by prohibited person
