Gov. Ralph Northam has made the following appointments of Suffolk residents to his administration.

Lisa Kirby, executive director, LLH Nursing Facilities, Riverside Health System, was named to the Board of Long-Term Care Administrators.

Dr. Elizabeth A. Taraski, president and CEO, Nansemond River Preservation Alliance, was named to the Hampton Roads Sanitation District Commission.

Tiffinee Yancey, CEO, Virtual Peace of Mind, has been named to the Board of Counseling.

Vernell A. Woods Jr., Plans Examiner II, City of Newport News, has been named to the Board for Contractors.
