Woodrow McClain Jr., 71, of Dunedin Road, Portsmouth, transitioned Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, at Portside Health and Rehab Center. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, in the Melvin J.
