Police are investigating an early-morning shooting Sunday.
Suffolk Police were notified at 3:03 a.m. that a local hospital had two adult males enter the emergency room with gunshot wounds not considered life-threatening, according to a city press release.
The preliminary investigation revealed the two were in a vehicle in the 100 block of Dill Road when multiple shots were fired by an unknown subject, the press release stated. When the driver realized the vehicle had been shot and they were injured, he drove them to the hospital for treatment.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time, and there is no further information available for release.
