Kermit K. Williams, 79, of Lake Kennedy Drive, transitioned Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at Autumn Care of Portsmouth. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, at East End Baptist Church. Mr. Williams will be laid to rest in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
