Tiffany “Tip” Raquel Williams, 33, of Bass Street, Windsor, transitioned Saturday, March 5, 2022, at her residence. A celebration of life was held at noon, Saturday, March 12, at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 125 County St. She will be entombed in the Mausoleum of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
