Deadline approaching for comments on Bowers Hill interchange study

The Federal Highway Administration, in coordination with the Virginia Department of Transportation, will accept comments through Monday on the notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement that will be used to study potential improvements for the Bowers Hill interchange.

The potential improvements are for seven miles of Interstate 664 and the Bowers Hill interchange area where Jolliff Road, I-664, I-64, I-264 and U.S. Routes 460, 58 and 13 converge.

Comments can be submitted by mail, hand delivery or courier to Eric Rothermel, Environmental Protection Specialist, Federal Highway Administration-Virginia Division.
