The city of Suffolk was made aware of a power outage Wednesday, March 23, which affected utility customers in the Route 58/Holland Road area of the city this afternoon.

The outage was not due to the ongoing construction on Route 58/Holland Road but an issue at a utility company substation.

As of 4:15 p.m., Dominion Energy was showing one customer without power while Community Electric Cooperative had no outages in the city of Suffolk.
