Volunteers are making final plans the Suffolk Center for Cultural Art’s annual fundraiser on Friday. This year’s theme is “BOOTS and BLING for the Center.”  The fundraiser will be 7-11 p.m. Friday at Skydive Suffolk Hangar at the Suffolk Executive Airport. “Guests are encouraged to break out their finest denim and sparkling tidbits, and shine their boots for an unforgettable evening supporting the arts,” the center said in a news release. Little Country will provide live music. Food will be prepared by Mason’s Grill and Smokehouse. The main attraction will be 58 Silent Auction and six live auction items, including a golf adventure, whale watching trip and a Topsail Beach getaway. Online bidding opens at 1 p.m. Monday at https://suffolkcenter.maestroweb.com/. Event tickets are $125 per person. Guests must be 21 or older.
